I came at 6:30pm on Sunday and they didn't allow me to enter because they close at 6pm on Sunday as per one of the employee starting that they need to close one hour in advance to clean the store. However, before I came to the store and checked their website and it says that they close at 7pm on Sunday. The employee was so rude and pretending that she wasn't able to hear nor understand what I was saying after I said that they were supposed to be open by then.
Need training in customer service plus need the manager to be aware of the closing time.
