The Bradley Center at 2000 16th Avenue, Columbus, Georgia.

While visiting my loved one I noticed/heard some things that bother me immensely. Most patients wandered around aimlessly or sat sleeping( interpretation overmedicated) in the chairs. The therapy sessions that are scheduled rarely happen. These people are in here to get help, yet only get less than an hour a day with medical staff, and are left to their own devices 23 hours a day..where are they learning coping skills or how to control anger? Certainly not learning it in here.. I have not seen medical staff out where the patients are but one time, and they had their noses in their paperwork. Given a choice...I would never send anyone to this place... No wonder mental health is rampant...if this is the best treatment we can offer people in need, we are in serious trouble ..not blaming those who work here....just those who are in charge and make the rules. A mental health facility should NEVER be a for profit venture...that's when patients become second in importance, and the almighty dollar becomes 1st and of utmost importance. It's very sad...Shame on you Bradley Center
