CTU sold me a very expensive LEER camper shell that had an obvious manufacturer defect. Hatch door was not aligned correctly and did not seal from the factory.I showed Jason where it leaked. He talked a big game, but did nothing. They also sold me the "BED RUG" product for my truck. Great product ! But they had never installed one before, and had no idea how to correctly install it. Their installer started making permanent cuts in the product before even taking any measurements. I had to tear out their "work" once I got home, patch the holes, and completely re-install the BED RUG. CTU in fact, couldn't give a tinker's damn if the work was correct !
