Hamilton Equipment at 5250 Veterans Parkway, Columbus, Georgia.

I had a horrible experience at Hamilton Equipment. I took my mower in because it was making a loud, grinding noise. Instead of repairing it, they did a routine maintenance on it, even though that is not what I asked to be done. I took it home and the grinding continued. I returned it and they called me back and very rudely told me that I didn't know what I was talking about. My husband took the call and they wanted to act with him like I was just a dumb woman. We took the mower to another place after that and the minute they turned it over, they saw that the blade was bent and needed to be bent back straight. Instantly, the other place knew what the problem was. I called Hamilton Equipment to ask for a refund on the service they performed that I didn't ask for and they were ruder than ever. It took me contacting the BBB for them to consider refunding my money and when I returned for the refund, I was treated unbelievably poorly. The manager even shouted at me in front of his wife, other employees, and customers. DO NOT take your business to Hamilton Equipment!
