The Poultry Company at 1207 Broadway Street, Columbus, Georgia.

Get the dipped chicken sandwich! NOW! It was awesome. When ordering, I asked the young lady behind the counter about the dipped chicken sandwich. You know, what came on the sandwich (slaw, mayo, pickles, etc.) and what the sauce tested like. She said...Franks Red Hot? Ok. I've had a fried chicken sandwich with buffalo sauce slathered on it. Boy was I surprised. The sauce was fantastic. It was a mash-up of Kansas City and Nashville. I would put that sauce on everything the Poultry served. Pretty sure that I licked the sauce that dripped off the sandwich from the wax paper. Can't wait to go back! By the way, the sandwich only comes with pickles. Nothing pretentious interfering with that killer sauce. Great job!
