This place is seriously great. A real hidden gem of an independent record store in a town dominated by big box stores. The owner is very knowledgeable about a multitude of different styles and genres of music whether it be 1960s rock or ultra rare jazz classics so if you're stumped on what to get he's always waiting in the wings to make a suggestion. I've been to record stores all over the southeast and I honestly can't believe we have a store of this quality in our own backyard. The selection of old and new vinyl in conjunction with the extremely reasonable mean a trip to the record store always results in me leaving with at least one LP, but to be honest I normally end up leaving with a stack of LPs, a few singles, and a cassette tape or two for good measure. The owner is even willing to track down records for you, meaning no more costly trips out of town or paying exorbitant shipping fees online. The shop even has a limited but very high quality selection of stereo equipment whether you're looking to upgrade or are just starting out, and you can be sure that you won't leave without the owner walking you through exactly how to set everything up. Can't say enough good things about this place and I'm happy to have made a weekly ritual of visiting and digging through the crates.
